    Get PDF
This paper focuses on the problems associated with privacy protection in smart grid. We will give an overview of a possible realization of a privacy-preserving approach that encompasses privacy-utility tradeoff into a single model. This approach proposes suppression of low power frequency components as a solution to reduce the amount of information leakage from smart meter readings. We will consider the applicability of the procedure to hide the appliance usage with respect to the type of home devices

We study inflation in a model with constant second slow-roll parameter η\eta. In this case, the Hubble expansion rate equation has analytical solutions describing four possible, nontrivial inflation scenarios. The evolution of the inflaton governed by a tachyon field is studied in the framework of the standard and Randall-Sundrum II cosmology. The attractor behavior of the solution is briefly demonstrated. Finally, the calculated values of the parameters nsn_{\rm s} and rr are compared with observational data

In this paper, the effects of the natural extract of rosemary on oxidative stability and the sensory properties of corn chips without antioxidant, with antioxidant and antioxidant and linseed (4%) was observed. The natural extract of rosemary Synerox HT (antioxidant) was added in an amount of 1250 ppm (0.125%) on the amount of palm oil for frying the corn chips. Corn chips without antioxidant after 3 months of storage in laboratory conditions (30 °C), is already slightly rancid (1.53 mg of malonaldehyde kg-1 of the final product). Corn chips with antioxidant do not show signs of rancidity after 4 months of storage in laboratory conditions (1.05 mg of malonaldehyde kg-1 of the final product).U ovom radu posmatran je uticaj prirodnog ekstrakta ruzmarina na promenu oksidativne stabilnosti i senzornih osobina kukuruznog čipsa bez antioksidansa, sa antioksidansom i antioksidansom i semenkama lana (4%).

The aim of this research was to determine the swimming program effects on the gross motor function, mental adjustment to the aquatic environment and the ability to move in the water and swim in children with cerebral palsy. The sample consisted of seven children (4 boys and 3 girls) with spastic cerebral palsy and an average age of 9y 5mo ± 1y 3 mo. The swimming program lasted 6 weeks, with two swimming sessions per week. Each session lasted 45 minutes. The swimming program included the application of the Halliwick Method and swimming exercises which are used in a healthy population. The GMFM test was used for the assessment of gross motor functions. The WOTA2 test was applied to assess mental adjustment and swimming skills. The Wilcoxon matched pairs test was used to determine the statistically significant differences between the initial and final measuring. The results have indicated that there was statistically significant differences in the E dimension (p=0.04) and the total score T (p=0.03) of the GMFM test, then for mental adjustment to the aquatic environment WMA (p=0.02), ability to move in water and swimming skills WSW (p=0.03) and the overall result WTO (p=0.02) of the WOTA2 test. The applied swimming program had a statistically significant effect on the improvement in walking, running and jumping as well as the overall gross motor functions of children with cerebral palsy. The applied program also contributed to a statistically significant influence on the increase in mental adjustment to the aquatic environment and the ability to move in water and swim.

The quality of the carcassеs has been the subject of interest, for both primary production and meat industry. The classification of carcasses is conducted immediately after veterinary examination and weight of carcasses. This study examines the quality of 42 young cattle carcasses slaughtered in a slaughterhouse in Raška district, according to the standard (SEUROP) that is applied in EU countries but has not yet been applied in Serbia. Based on the estimated value and classification in class of the carcasses, it is possible to provide appropriate financial compensation to producers ie. owners of animals and thus stimulate them to produce the best quality animals for slaughter.

Purpose: Extremely low frequency (ELF) magnetic fields are essential ecological factors which may induce changes in many organisms. The aim of this study was to examine the effects in Drosophila subobscura exposed for 48 h to ELF magnetic field (50 Hz, 0.5 mT) at different developmental stages. Materials and methods: Egg-first instar larvae developmental stage of D. subobscura isofemale lines was exposed to ELF magnetic field, and fitness components (developmental time, developmental dynamics, viability and sex ratio) and locomotor activity of three-day-old males and females were monitored. Also, just eclosed D. subobscura isofemale adults were exposed to ELF magnetic field and their locomotor activity was monitored just after. Results: ELF magnetic field shortens developmental time, increases viability and does not affect sex ratio of D. subobscura. No matter which developmental stage is exposed, ELF magnetic field significantly decreases locomotor activity of adult flies, but after exposure of just eclosed adults observed change lasts longer. Conclusions: Applied ELF magnetic field modifies fitness components and locomotor activity of D. subobscura. Observed effects can be attributed to the influence of magnetic field on different stages of development where the hormonal and nervous systems play important role in the control of examined parameters.Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Republic of Serbia {[}173012, 173027
